As a major frustrating decision, some of the students who were recruited for Wipro software solutions were asked to either join its BPO division or quit. The students were promised to be shifted to software division in a year or two. The decision has been accepted by those students and many of them have decided to join the BPO as finding another job in this economic condition can be a very hard.
This news has been very disturbing and hurting as many other similar students are waiting for their date of joinings in companies like CTS, Sathyam, Caritor and some others too.
The situation in Sathyam has been the worse one since a major stock downfall with recent happenings in the company. Those recruited by them have lost all hope of being called for thier job any time soon.
Many other IT companies have been slow in their intake process and hence wasting almost an year of the students who had completed their degrees in previous April.
