The widely popular and most anticipated smartphone from HTC, the Touch HD has been launched in some of the countries. It is currently retailing at a cool $950 which puts it way beyond of what I could afford.
Anyway, the specification of this Windows Mobile device look seriouly daunting. It has almost all the features that one could hope for in a mobile. Perhaps the most interesting feature is the new awesome 3.8 inches screen boasting of resolution of 800 x 480. Some of the other features include HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, Wi-fi, 5 MP camera, GPS and Windows Mobile 6.1.
The impressive touch screen features Touch FLO 3D and an accelerometer to further enhance the touch screen and show-off factors. The monster of a phone though coming with monster of a price tag may give stiff competition with some of its higher end competitors.
