After each launch of a new mobile phone, I feel like there can be something a bit better or something can be implemented in a better way. Right now there are way too many mobile phone models that partially contain the things that I require. In short, there is no mobile phone that satisfies all my requirements to full satisfaction. Of course if there was such a device, then there would not be other models in production at all. But just to dream such a device and assume that some manufacturer actually implement all the required features, here is my list of dream mobile features.
* OLED screen such as in Nokia N85. It just looks awesome
* larger than 3 inch screen with a resolution of more than or equal to WVGA
* price of about Rs.20,000 (~$450)
* An OS of symbian or WM or Android or linux. Preferably one that is highly hackable and customizable to my wishes.
* A camera of minimum 3.2 or 5 Mega Pixel. I dont think that I need any 8 MP or higher as the max display resolution that I have at home are only 1080p. But I will definitely need optical zoom, higher than equal to WVGA video recording and both xenon and LED flash.
* A stylish and usable design. And it should also be sturdy enough.
* Prefer a larger memory card rather than internal memory.
* All sorts of connectivity features such as Wi-fi, Bluetooth, USB(high speed), HSDPA, etc.
* Minor but valuable additions such as 3.5 mm jack, TV-out, good audio, FM, etc.
* Touch screen or keypad, should be easy to type. Prefer a touch screen with hardware D-pad and call/end keys.
* Great battery life of 2-3 days of moderate use.
* GPS is a must as I get lost pretty easily and would like it to get a satellite lock within a min without using A-GPS.
* Value added addition such as N-gage, Nokia maps, Ovi, etc
* Must have 3D accelerator that enable near to PSP graphic quality with capability of hooking it up a TV and watch hi-def movies and play simple games.
Thats all that I can think as of now. I may have been greedy with the features and price but hey its just a dream phone.
