Dell has been one of my favorite manufacturers with their good quality and very good customer support. I have a Dell monitor and I am impressed with it.
After several other manufacturers Dell have launched its own mini-laptops, Dell has finally come up with its own such device and has launched it recently. It is called as Inspiron Mini which is a decent looking device.
The specifications are Intel Atom processor with 1.6 GHz and 1 GB DDR2 RAM. It comes with a 8.9 inch display and has other basic things such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam, etc. However the down side as with all Atom processors is that it comes with a crappy Intel 945 chipset which has pathetic integrated video card.
Unfortunately it is available only with a reseller and cannot be bought direct through the website.
