After we searched and bought a new LCD TV, our next purchase was a good speaker setup. At first we thought of sticking with the default speakers that came with the TV itself. But after comparing those with a dedicated home theater setup, we saw how bad those speakers were. So we finally decided to buy a new home theater setup.
We started by looking at various product reviews and feedbacks from various users. The one product whose reviews really impressed us was the Logitech Z5500 5.1 speaker setup. It was a THX certified one and had good specifications. We were not content with it and so searched on for other speakers too. My brother suggested a JVC 5.1 home theater setup with tower speakers. It was also impressive. Too bad we could not compare the above 2 speakers side by side.
So after a lot of demo from the 2 models, we finally decided to go with the JVC setup. It currently sits hooked up with the Sony Bravia LCD and we are having one hell of a home theater setup.
