Xerox too joined the reduction in man power

Due to the unpredictable U.S economy many companies have started to lay off their employees as a move to withstand the current economy. The impact of economy had even affected big firms. The firms are trying various cost cutting techniques to hold its grip in the turnover. 

Many I.T firms like IBM, Yahoo, Microsoft have fired their employees. Now it's turn for Xerox Corp, the largest maker of high-volume colour printers, plans to eliminate 3,000 jobs which is about 5.2% of the total employees who are about 57,400 in the next six months and speed up manufacturing cost cuts.
