Just like several major IT companies like Sun Microsystems, Yahoo and many others, Adobe has recently announced its share of job cuts. The company announced to cut around 8 % of its workforce and undergo some restructuring in its business operations.
The company claims that these job cuts are due to the weak economy and poor demand for its much expected CS4 software suite.
The situation in some of these IT majors are becoming alarming as employees are wondering whether they will be next in line for another round of job cuts. And with almost all the companies undertaking some cost cutting measures with job cuts being the most significant one, the current economic turmoil is becoming even worse.
