I am using Airtel Broadband connection. For past few days, the internet connection seems to be fluctuating. I tried to upload a 4 MB photo file to my sister. But to my surprise, the system hadnt showed any progress. I was bit confused as the photo havent been uploaded. I called the customer care and registered a complaint. They replied me that the problem with my system and there is no problem on their part. Initially I thought there is a problem in my system( might be due to virus). I scanned thoroughly my system using Nod32 antivirus.
There is no virus present. Infact I checked for spyware using Spyware doctor and Lavasoft Ad-aware. There is no spam or threat I found in my system. Later in the evening I got a message from Airtel that there is a problem in the cable connection. Now my system is working properly.
